Aren’t these credenzas adorable??? I love them both!
[saved so long ago...please contact me if you know where these photos came from and i'll attribute them! thanks!]
Gorgeous rooms, don’t you think? I just love all the color and happiness in them. I think about every blue room I right click and save because I just love that color on walls!
-so bright and cheery! I don’t know that I’d ever have the guts to buy red and lime furniture, but I hope I will!
-really like the cabinets and gosh I really like black and white tile floors in kitchens…
-love the color of that orange dresser. Love the hardware; would go great with a granny smith apple green and mocha.
-I like this bright blue without being dark. Also I’ve really been digging bare wood stairs lately.
-I think I would paint that stair rail white, but I really like the deep green against the rug, love!
-the next three pics are of the same room…love all the color in the furniture/artwork against the neutral wall with a GREAT pattern!
-a slightly more colorful version of the IKEA black and white look. I just love that rug…
-if you know me, you know why I love this dresser.
-pretty little vignette
-calming, with white walls. Still trying to figure out what I’m going to do with our living room without painting…it looks like a beige explosion.
-a screenshot from one of my favorite shows, How I Met Your Mother…I LOVE the turquoise and black end table, so I had to share.

If my budget was unlimited…
I would totally be after this Chinese apothecary chest. I would use it as a TV stand and try to ignore the fact that there is no useful storage space in here, except for all my desk supplies, which could go in individual drawers!
And these Danish club chairs…so comfy and midcentury modern and perfect for bold colorful pillows!

So mere days after I finally resign myself to fall we’re already full-deep into winter! This weekend I was in Michigan for the UofM-Northwestern football game…and spent a miserable 4 hours outside in the cold, rain, and snow!!! Todd and his roommates were delighted at their victory, but the rest of us were a little weary (truth be told I wasn’t a hardcore supporter of either team). Over the next few weeks I’m hoping to assemble some gift ideas for the holidays, so stay tuned for that! It should be really fun (as an aside, if you have any alternative ideas, please feel free to post in the comments or email me so I can feature them! But for now I’ll just leave you with these couches…what do you think? I rather enjoy them!!
This is a mega post to clear off a lot of the pics I have saved to the desktop. Right now they’re threatening to go off the page if I add any more! I’ve already had to dock my post it notes halfway off the screen… Anyway, I’ve come across a LOT of pretty interiors over the past…uh, several weeks…so now I’ll finally share them with you!
I love this shade of yellow, the built-in console, and the picture layout!
Such a calming bathroom.
Wow! What a terrace!
I like this idea of an island kitchen table…and I like the oval shape.
Similarly, really like this island desk setup with the consoles flanking both sides.
Mostly for this hutch.
More orange!
I love that coffee table.
Talk about symmetry! And a really pretty gray paint.
I really like this shade of green, and the way they mixed with white walls.
I am absolutely in love with the furniture pieces in the next two photos.
I love the color scheme of this room!!
Pretty chandelier.
Yeah…I could love here.
I like the idea of plant art in the kitchen.
More ceiling detail and suspended staircase.
This reminds me of the fireplace at Grandma and Poppa’s old house.
I like this end of the aisle bookcase idea!
I love the light and use of color!
A little overwhelming, no?
WOW! Awesome skylights form floor planks on this awesome terrace!
Cool shelving unit and chair…
Party garland!
So, I know this is a pretty popular shape for chairs, but I honestly didn’t really like it until I saw a pink version in Clinton Kelly’s apartment. And since then, I just am totally enamored with them. They’re the perfect mix of vintage and modern!
And I love the table in this next one as well…so simple but organic (oh! my least favorite word used in design! But there it is…).
